::The worst reception in Nursultan! the staff does not know the main rule in the service sector that * the client is always right * 😮 the administration apparently does not try to give a level to its complex 🤷♀️ the guest status is assigned only when checking into a hotel or entering at least 50 thousand tenge into the cashier, the rest are considered someone at the level of those begging for alms .... 🤔 Perhaps a set at the reception - "the face of any institution" goes on social. program or the owner deliberately wants to discourage regular guests 🤷♀️ this is the first time I meet such ... except during the construction of the capital, when there was an acute shortage of trained personnel and all self-respecting restaurants, hotels, etc., organizations trying to create their guests as much as possible comfortable conditions for recreation, with the intention of getting positive feedback, they brought people from other cities of Kazakhstan ... but it seems from that period the development of GOST. business has gone much ahead ... they received so many foreign guests at the EXPO ... and so their citizens here do not value anything.
