  The feedback is negative. When the account is closed, all unthinkable payments begin to wind up. It is difficult to close the account later. I came in, I paid in full and filed an application for closing and everyone accepted it, and after 2 hours they decided that I still owe them 2 thousand. And the point is not in the amount, but in the fact that you cannot get rid of them at once. From now on I will bypass them.

  Due to the current situation in the country I wanted to pay by installments through the Alfa Bank application .... they say some kind of malfunctions .... they couldn’t. They called the operators and said, try from account to account, it also doesn’t work out .... just HORROR ... ATMs are where the shops were closing. And I don’t know how to do it .... In Kaspi, of course, it’s much better and easier .... This is the last time I contacted Alpha Bank ....
