I took a commodity loan for 12 months, when drawing up the contract, I clarified about early repayment, commission penalties. I knew that I would not drag out a year, I would close it ahead of schedule in 2/3 months. As a result, I received a loan for 16 months, supposedly this is a condition of the bank and without it there is no way, but if I pay ahead of schedule, then only 12 months will be taken into account. Horseradish!!! I went to the bank, and there they said no, the contract costs 16, so we will count from 16 months. People, take care of your money and nerves, in no case do not contact this bank, do not contact. Better the Caspian

::Installment cards EVIL or unreliable Alfa bank. I faced the most unpleasant situation in which Alfa Bank simply removed 34 thousand from my card and does not even think about returning it yet. Maybe Alpha, thanks to the publicity, will begin to resolve issues faster, or maybe people who have also faced such a situation will respond. How did it happen? I'll tell you everything in order and be sure to mention the service of this bank (there is certainly something to compare with) I got caught on the Alfa Black card - this is an installment card for half a year, without overpayment and banking services, but when I issued it there was an action - a one year installment plan on this card. I purchased the product and paid for half a year without any problems. Then, for the 7th month of using the card, as usual, I went to send the payment to the ATM located in the Dostyk Mall. When replenishing, the ATM hung up, did not issue a check, but simply returned the card, but the SMS about the replenishment was in the phone. Later I decided to look at the total balance in order to close this card and found a PAYMENT and WITHDRAWAL. I called their call-center, where I received an oral appeal, asked to wait 3 days for a call from them. There was no call, I called myself, I was told to wait 5 days, okay, I call on the 5th day - the result is zero, they said they will call back during the day - they did not call back. I waited a couple more days and went to the bank branch to draw up a written application. The department told to wait 14 days !!! When do you think they reacted and called from the bank for the first time YOURSELF ??? When, after this written statement, I also wrote a COMPLAINT to the official website. BUT! And it didn't help! Aruzhan girl from the call-center told me to wait 65 days! I have a question, specifically to the bank, why do you have problems with regulations? Why does it take so long to resolve incidents? We live in the modern world! Why can't you just collect the ATM to reveal this extra amount? But of course, they have already sent me a payment, which has become more due to the amount written off !!!

I have not seen such a disgusting attitude towards a client in more than one bank. Read clause 7.4 in the Voluntary Insurance Contract. This was the last time I contacted this bank.
