  Staff were helpful. Rooms was clean. Breakfast had a variety of food to choose from

  Big clean room. Very helpful staff. Only 10 Min walk to metro and plenty restaurants and shops close by. Ideal for a few days in Almaty.

  Great place so far, room tidy and large (even for the single I have) toilet clean, shower over bath great....bath robe slippers and safe, trying out the pool later 😀
