  Just ok for students. Not for others. No friendly staff and no regular cleaning. Not for Foreigner. They don't speak English.

  Really couldn't ask for much more. Location is the best, in the center of Almaty city! Close by every hot spot of the city and subway station .I was grateful to be able to leave my belongings in the hostel the day I was taking the train to my next destination. The free internet a very helpful asset. Clean showers, clean toilets. Staff was really helpful and kind, reception is 24/7.
