  I am very sorry that I found this clinic. It all started with an operation that was not even considered large. At first I signed up for Fedorova, but the trust went to her for several reasons. After I was offered another surgeon, Buldekbayev, they said that this is the only surgeon at the moment and I came to him for a consultation and he was completely insecure. All the time he repeated that such operations are performed infrequently and he will have to consult with another surgeon as "I don’t know all the nuances." He also said that he was a surgeon who “cut, sutured!” Doesn't bleed? Not festering? Well then, all is well "!! What he cannot do is "beautiful." After he said that he had stitched someone and the operation site healed like a “cheburek”, bearing in mind that from the way he put the stitches there were patterns from threads like on a cheburek. And he laughed at the same time. Of course, all this embarrassed me, and with such a voice inside, “run from here” I think everything exactly, maybe everything will be fine? And everything exactly I said that I was confused by his doubts. And he said that “yes, I doubt a little” that even if I operate, I will consult all the other surgeon evenly !! And that was the director of the clinic! After he said that they would give me a full refund, but today I called the accountant who wanted to say that I already called my bank and withdrew the money, but if they returned the cash, I would call the bank and tell them that they want to return the cash. To which the accountant said that she had no time to talk and hung up. After she asked the director to call in order to say that everything remained the same since I had withdrawn the money, to which he himself started shouting saying “will you listen to me or not? listen to what I am telling you! ” I expected that he would solve everything and apologize, but he aggravated the situation even more. I don’t know, in my understanding, surgeons are obliged to be calm, but in this clinic I don’t know, their work can be very intense, but I don’t know how to trust and go under the knife to a surgeon who is nervous. At first, they threatened me with money that they would keep 30% of the amount paid, because I canceled the operation. But, the fact that I had a cold with bronchitis they do not call a good reason. After the director said "yes of course we will refund the full amount." But I still had to withdraw all the money through my bank. Never pay in advance as I did. Doctors are also here, the basic education of many primary doctors is not surgery or plastic surgery. The profile indicates that the head physician has a basic pediatric education and only a certificate in plastic surgery. Also, another plastic surgeon Fedorov, no specialty is indicated at all, but only the medical university and the CERTIFICATE for plastic surgery are said. Before you run to the first clinic you come across, always read about the doctors. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. Health is the most important thing everyone has. Health should be entrusted to the best specialists. But I haven’t met such people here. And I thank God that I caught a cold and he saved me from an operation in this place. My opinion is that this place works a bit according to the “collective farm option”. I came here thinking that this is a good clinic, but even the service can say a lot. Bad service, a sign of bad business. In the end, no one even apologized. After this clinic, a very unpleasant residue remained. But I hope my review will help people make the right choice.
