::Service is awful, no customer service!! Nobody cares about people! The train was late for 20 minutes, but they just told everybody to go out and wait outside in the cold. Just to make the load faster... some escalators are not working, no options for disabled people! It is old station. There is also new one called “NurlyZhol”, which is in the different part of the city, so be careful to go to the station that is in your ticket! This building was renovated and now looks way more better than used to be. Tips: Be careful with your belongings, there are professional thieves there Be careful with police, as sometimes they can ask your passport and “check visa” in order to ask for money Be careful with food, take only things that packed NB! I don’t want to scary you, just to inform in advance to avoid any situations

::Very nice train station. If you out of the city and need to buy a ticket, make sure you gave a passport on you. Tickets can't be sold without a passport.
