I came to close the card, after 40 minutes I got to the manager in office 103, window 11. At the beginning, she said that there was no card for my data, then she called and it turns out that there is. Further, it is even more fun on me 3 accounts and 2 of them are closed, I spent the accumulated 900 with kopecks. And the 3rd card is closed, but the account has a debt of 5000s of kopecks, at first she said that they need to be paid, I ask if there is a debt on the card, how was it closed?
