  Terrible bank, very slow. I waited 2 hours to get a simple card. They said they will notify when my card arrives. But there was not a single message or call. I had to search and call all ATF banks myself, since their indicated number does not work. Spent 2 months just to update the card

Don't you think this is stupid? Commission for the replenishment of 4%. It’s cheaper to send money to Russia by international transfer. Now all banks have terminals for replenishing cards, in the ATF you have to wait for a live queue at the cash desk. Even when she was bothering, the cashier did not enter my last name correctly, she held the certificate in her hands, and wrote a completely different last name! I saw it only when I came to work, I did not go back to the bank to understand it, the transfer was good from an individual. The sediment was still not pleasant. Not when I will not be served there.
