  On December 30, my family visited this institution. The food is less, but the service is disgusting. Served by the waiter, Marina, she stood at the bar, very rude, did not follow the basic rules of hygiene at all. The institution is obliged to ensure the safety of visitors.

  For 7 years we went there as a family. Everything was fine. Yesterday we were from 4 to 5 in the far hall. They would have walked if it had not been for three Kazakh men speaking a swearing language in front of women and a child. They drank alcohol in large quantities. I was very surprised that the staff was inactive. I would very much like the owners to pay attention. These people can be seen on the camera what they were doing. Until, unfortunately, we will not dare to come with a family anymore. Yesterday, an acquaintance also said that when I was having lunch, I saw the same company, also leading itself, only in the main hall. It looks like these are regular customers.

  The food there is really good and tasty, but the service level is very low - the waiters are not very interested in your needs, they don't smile, and may be not very friendly.
