  Good afternoon, we went to your restaurant for the first time (only in Kostanay plaza), the place is completely good, the price tag is average ... the menu is not convenient, it is not clear what the burger consists of and you have to contact the cashier administrator for help, ordered a macho burger, jalapeno burger and children's combo. Burgers were served in paper packaging, the bun was cold, and the meat was not fried inside (if initially it was said that the frying could be medium or medium well, then one could understand). when he came up and asked if there were fries, the girl said no, asked to change it to the same one. As a result, after 10 minutes a new burger was served. The cutlet was fried so that it crunched, in general I was not satisfied with this institution.
