::I really like this chain, but this time something went wrong. I ordered the pumpkin soup, they brought it boiling, impossible to enjoy. I also ordered Odjahuri- delicious Georgian dish, but here it was anything - a mixture of baked potato with pieces of meat, impossible to chew. Total dissolution. Three stars as a credit and for the nice memories for the previous visits ........

::Service could be better. This was my third Coffee Boom to visit during this road trip and I usually love them. This one with the worst customer service and the restroom was a disaster, was gross. The coffee is always the same. No complaints there. So avoid the the restroom and try not to let the poor customer service bother you and the coffee and food will be just fine.

::The food is delicious as always, the coffee is average, the service got better after the remark that we have been sitting at the table for 15 minutes and no one came up. I attribute this to the fact that the girl served all the tables alone. The salmon portion is small, but the broccoli soup was great! We will definitely come back!
