  Heating is unpredictable, the furniture is basic. Everything that happens in the neighbor rooms you hear as if it happens in yours one. It's a good shot, but needs a lot of improvement.

  Unfortunately only option in pavlodar. So they know, and avoid any further investments. Everything is from Soviet times. Hence, clean and tidy.
