  The hospital is quite good, however, the service is not so rosy, sometimes they send you to the doctor - who cannot give you a certificate or anything else, and you will find out about it only after passing through a live queue. I don’t know why these coupons were made - if for the most part there is a live queue, sometimes many insolently enter the office and don’t come out.
