  The worst hospital ever. I live in Usharal. Sent to a neurosurgeon for recommendations for surgical removal of hernias of the spine, with persistent pain syndrome. At the reception, the girls did not even pay attention, cried, asked to call a neurosurgeon, I could hardly move because of the pain, they refused. I had to go back to the train station. From 10.00 to 16.00 lay at the station. The hospital offered nothing. I asked honey. The staff where the office of the head or the heads of the doctor. And they don't know. Until she stopped crying and pulled out her phone and showed the Regional Healthcare number. The attitude changed dramatically. The medical staff became friendly and helpful. Finally, a neurosurgeon appeared .. At the reception he did not behave correctly. I cried, I asked please, I’m from another city, take me out of line, I didn’t stand on my feet from pain, although I drank two tablets of ketans every two hours. He refused. The recommendation was not written correctly. We'll have to go again 😭😭😭.
