Check in at them for half a day from 00:00 to 12:00. They said wait an hour or pay for a day. Then we approached 11:40 pm, forced us to press in the hall for these insignificant 20 minutes, did not begin to settle. It's a shame, we leave early in the morning and cannot go to a meeting, there is no loyalty for the guests. Every second is counted. We paid 23800 tenge to the number. Breakfast is not included. We went up to the room, the light does not turn on, went down to the administrator, he came up with us, turned on the sconce for us, this solved the problem. Well done. I went to the shower, there is no hot water, it is cold. I'm just shocked. I will never come back here again. I read the reviews, apparently the problem with water has existed for a long time, but apparently no one cares about it, except the guests. I wish the hotel to work on mistakes and become better than it is
