  I've brought my kiddo to this gymboree in astana for about three times. All of these three times ended up in disappointment, even though i kept giving them a chance to impress me: 1.Teachers speak Russian and only sometimes they add a ridiculously rude form of English with raised voice! Something like: "Sit!", "Don't cry!" or "Go!", filled with impatience. 2. For some reason when we first came the receptionist girl and other so to say "teachers" were irritated by us, when we only mentioned if the first visit is for free (which is indeed). They wanted to take as much money from us as possible. Never leaving a chance for discovering which class we might like to attend and which not. 3. Teachers of my LO were frozen, low voiced, never-bending young ladies. Very irritated and unemotional. You know, little kids really enjoy the class when adults sit down at the level of their eyes, speak properly (when you can hear the voice), when adults are polite, respective and caring. What I saw was a totally opposite experience. 4. They never warn us if it will be closed and for how many days! We waste our time to get there, just to find out they are simply closed! With no even a little piece of paper on the door telling: we will be open back on such and such date. Or they could simply warn us on their website. Such a disappointment... waste of money and precious time! The only positive thing is an equipment, which is nice and brilliant.
