  The senior cashier, it seems her name was Akbota, treated my grandmother very rudely, she counted out money in a very psychotic way, shouted and knocked on the glass - partitions between the employee and the Client. She apparently did not know that I was waiting for my grandmother on a chair and saw the elderly woman did not hear what she said to her, and the following dialogue took place: My grandmother: "what do you say?" Cashier (very rudely): "I say flowers on the street selling !!!" (it was sarcasm as my grandmother didn't hear). And I, sitting on a chair, pulled myself up and explained to her that if an elderly pensioner did not immediately understand you, then you should not be so rude. Managers pay attention to this moment - if your cashiers hate their job, then let someone who will at least observe elementary etiquette come in their place !!!! And they will not be so rude to elderly pensioners! It was on September 14th at about 11:30, window 5 !!!

I come with a baby in her arms, a girl who gives out coupons constantly cheats and answers rudely ... It feels like she just doesn’t want me to go to the manager ...
