Why did they not specify when the coupon was issued I do not know, tk. I myself did not know that the IP is divided into legal and physical. I asked the manager who was supposed to take what I should do first, she says she knows nothing. She doesn't answer the question as a new employee. She sent me to the boss, she replies that she does not know anything, only advises on loans and something else there. I wasted 2 hours of time. By the way, there were 2-3 dissatisfied people in those 2 hours.
