  I took the pos-terminal for re-registration, wrote an application, filled out the form, and left it. They said they themselves will bring it to the store as it will be ready. I thought it would take 2-3 working days. 10 working days have passed, I call 9191, they took the data, they said they will call back. They didn't call back. I call the next day, they answer that the terminal is not a bank, but we bought it ourselves, so you need to come and pick it up yourself, they will send a programmer and he will set it up in 10 minutes. When asked why, on the very first day, they did not ask me whose property the terminal was and what they did for almost 2 weeks, they say they did nothing, they made a request. I put 4 instead of 3 just because the employee Zhenis Elamanov received me at lunchtime, a more or less adequate employee from all the Khalikovs I saw. The programmer said today will come and set up. But he did not come, appeared the next day and set up the terminal in 5 minutes.
