::Bad service. The managers are working slowly. Today, November 6, I came to replace a credit card, but it was not possible to do this. Since there are only two managers, there is a long queue, the managers are incompetent. To my request for a book of reviews, they answered that they were not, the chief manager also refused to call. As a result, I sat in line for over an hour and left with nothing. I do not recommend being a client of this bank.
