  Hello. Out of 3 managers - accepts 1 total. The rest is poking around in their weave. There is only 1 checkout. The cashier is leaving for lunch. And since you, because of one manager, sit for an hour waiting for your turn at the cashier, after that you sit for half an hour for lunch. Agree, strange and unpleasant.

  Disgusting branch !!!!! It's cramped, long, stuffy. Employees are doing everything so slowly that there are simply no decent words to describe it. Those employees who perform reception tasks chew gum, forgetting to close their mouths while doing so. Queues, queues, queues. The alarm went off - no one really cares. Nobody tried to figure out why and turn it off for 5 minutes.

  Of course, I understand that the bank is striving to increase the number of its clients, but for the umpteenth time this month I am horrified by such a long wait! Guys, open additional branches, increase the number of employees in the end!
