The queue reached 15:30, Iin was requested (not a resident) since I have Russian citizenship, I requested a bank card, my passport was foreign, and here is the most interesting, but you do not remember Iin Kazakhstan, your old one. I left for the Russian Federation a year ago, no, I don’t remember. Sit wait. Everything seemed to be all the documents on my part in the collection. It wasn’t there, but where is the migration card? As a result, having lost 3 hours of their time, they did not solve the problem. Yesterday, with the same problem, to close the card was in the Savings Bank. Closed in 3 minutes. Today in the market of the Caspian bank in the rating, why did such a 3-hour queue stay and result? There are no free places people are waiting. Last week, we were with my mother at 9mikr 45 before the branch opened a gold card, so 1.5h also left.
