  The branches have excellent service, which cannot be said about operators and ATMs. I swallowed and did not return the card from the client in front of me, one ATM, to avoid this, popped into another nearby ATM. But he pulled himself in and did not return my card. Immediately I went to the department. They served, accepted, said they would contact and that's it! The third day is silence.
