And one of the reasons was the consultants. I don't know whether they are still working here or not. Who sends the code from the card to the phone? All normal banks send it on an envelope. While I wanted to put money on my card, the phone sat down. And no code, no money, nothing. I asked the consultants to recharge my phone. And then it all started. They did not recharge and then he sat down again, found a socket and put it on charge. Suddenly, all the consultants began to rush that they supposedly should not do this and began to be rude. And they didn't even explain why. That is, I have to pay for the incompetence of your bank. It was necessary to give the code as normal banks on hand! Or teach your underconsultants how to deal with such cases. It is clear that such a case with a phone can happen to anyone! And your consultants reacted to this worse than me, the client! It is you who must provide me with all the amenities so that I can use your underservices! It's clear how your bank is still on the market just so people don't pay tax on their business! I hope normal banks will finally appear in the KZ! And here they are not a single one!
