  Сегодня 27.02.2022года Город Кокшетау т.д Мечта там себе хотела оформить сотовый телефон. Конечно же в первую очередь подашла к каспи банку. Там девушка казашка полненькая одна сидела от каспи банка. Очень даже грубая!!! Ужасное отношение к клиентам про уважение вообще молчу. Даже не представилось....разговаривает грубо нежливость ноль. В первые живу такое отношение к клиентам. Это большой минус вашего банка. Сколько раз уже беру кредит от каспи банка на этот раз обслуживание меня разочаровало очень. В итоге пошла в другой банк. Я надеюсь что вы не оставите мое обращение без внимания!

According to the bank administrator, the bank teller is universal, you can get an answer from the teller to all questions, bypassing the managers. It turns out why then would people sit for hours to get advice from managers. ???
