  They always serve promptly and politely. We often have to come to pick up the parcels. it's good that a separate delivery window is provided for parcels, you don't have to stand in a general queue like in other post offices.

  The letter was sent on 02.12, arrived on 08.12. They promised that in the morning of 15.12 they would deliver to the addressee. Today it is already 20.12 and the letter has not yet been delivered.   Polite operators. The head of department # 2 of Semey knows her work at 5. On such difficult days, taxis don’t go to the village and the post office always gives, conveniently, the price is nice. I always use the services almost. But only the room is old, general repairs are needed. When you come in, it's a bit dark there. And I want warmth and comfort. They would put ATMs everywhere, otherwise there is only one in the city and then it is at the other end of the city.
