  Today 07/15/21 there was a disgusting girl sending parcels. who was looking for excuses not to do her job. who refused to help and generally said come back tomorrow. there will be another on the shift. We sent parcels through you in large quantities. More definitely not through this branch because of this ill-mannered girl. Such employees would simply be driven away and the world would be better.

  There is not a big complaint about this branch. The doors indicate the working hours from 9.00 to 19.00, but in fact it works until 18.00. If this branch reads, change the opening hours. While I was calling the call center, I asked about the work of this branch, 3 more people came here and were also outraged.

  Shortening the working day to 2 pm only created queues. With this mode, picking up the parcel is simply unrealistic. When we worked until 19.00 everything was fine, no queues. They don't work on Saturdays either.
