::I will try to write a review without mats !! This is simply disgusting, one wonders why it is impossible to issue cards for pensioners if it is not able to provide at least some kind of service. Every time you come there, wait for 20-30 minutes and it turns out that again something has changed, some new unimaginable rules and they can not give money. Every time the same !!! And despite the fact that not a single ATM issues money on these cards, and their ATMs do not work for them. Every time, almost with a scandal, you have to beat the fucking pension money! Forces simply do not, every trip is a waste of nerves.
