  If there was a column of minus five stars, then this is definitely about the Kazpost, I was picking up the parcel the other day I came to the parcel supermarket, I took a coupon for the parcel, there were no complaints about the electronics, I took the parcel from the cell, I went to the operator and away we go, two cash desks are open in one of them, an elderly man, I think I'll go to an empty one, my grandmother is sitting there while she found me in the pc until 15 minutes have passed, I give the card the time to pay, and again it took her 10 minutes to make a payment through the card and nothing happened, she tells me to take the ATM off there and pay in cash, ok came up took off a new victim come from my grandmother)) she says to me go to the second cash register, ok I go there and grandfather is still there, I’m standing for about 7 minutes grandmother is free and says they say come here)) it took 5 minutes grandmother I can't cope called the admin and Hurray 2 minutes and I'm free. So not only did they cheat for the shipment, and when it turned out to be taken away, they took another 4 percent. In a word, greedy lazy, no service. Rating minus five stars
