  After the department head was changed, the 39th department became the most disgusting. This girl is behaving arrogantly and shamelessly. When teaching the parcels, one gets the impression that you are taking her personal belongings. She decides which parcels to issue and which not. She doesn't give a damn about laws, she refers to some orders of her superiors. The electronic queue does not work, it is impossible to get through by phone.
