I have absolutely no complaints about my doctor, besides she is a very cool specialist in her field, attentive to patients, etc. I needed to get a prescription for medicines that I constantly take and can not miss. Unfortunately, my doctor forgot to leave me these recipes at the reception last night. In the morning I phoned the receptionist that I needed my recipes, I came across very friendly communication and in the end I was promised to write the recipes myself, because My doctor has been studying since the morning. Arriving for a prescription in a medical center, I find out that it turns out I still have to pay 200 tenge for the issued papers. Of course, I did not feel sorry for this money, but a matter of principle. Why should I pay the prescriptions to the medical center, to which I pay the doctor every time for an appointment, for all sorts of tests, etc. ?? I understand that if I came from the side and I needed these recipes once. At the same time, the receptionist behaved mildly impolite, although this is the "face" of the medical center that meets and communicates with patients and its direct obligation to behave appropriately. I ask that the leadership of the medical center take into account this fact and measures in relation to such behavior of its receptionist.
