  Unfortunately the staff does not understand English and the communication is hard. But the laundry service is very good, better than some of the best hotels in the town.

  Excellent hotel in the city center. Any questions and wishes were resolved in an instant. The food in the restaurant is delicious. Special thanks for the personalized breakfast and buckwheat honey.

  The hotel is great! Booked a room online. He indicated the time of check-in, despite the late hour of check-in, the staff were helpful and friendly. Travelers are given documents if needed. Cash and bank transfer. Located in the center, close to shops and catering. Parking. 4 floors, the elevator works. It was quiet at night. The rooms are cozy, clean, not smoked, the bathroom is clean, the towels and bathrobe are fresh. I liked the furniture in the room, made of solid wood, not chipboard or plywood, very atmospheric, air conditioning, TV. A bed with an excellent mattress, which is a guarantee of a good sleep) The price includes breakfast in a cozy restaurant in the style of a Russian inn, everything is in style, clean. The food was delicious and very satisfying (there is a small comment, the omelet was very oily), pancakes with sour cream were bombically tasty and just melted in your mouth) Wi-Fi is free, additional menu is a refrigerator in the room. Well rested after 2 flights. I will definitely stay in Karaganda.

  Pretty good and quiet place. Not expensive. In old downtown.
