  Once a very good bank, where a friendly, and most importantly, a competent, competent team worked. Here one could use any financial service, even take out insurance for a car. Deposits, loans, utility bills, currency exchange, transfers, cards ... So no bank in the country worked with individuals. And now it is the most ordinary average bank, with the same average specialists. I stopped using his services for a long time, since a lot of things can be done online or contact more prestigious banks.

  The terrible behavior of the bank employees, the feeling that they are hiring some uneducated and incompetent employees! Mom came to the bank and they didn’t want to change her currency, supposedly the bill was damaged .... although just a week ago they issued this bill themselves! They brought an adult to tears .... Shame !!!!!
