  It was very cold in the room, the heating batteries were barely alive. Room rates are clearly overpriced. Breakfast more or less compensated for the cold and discomfort in the room. It is unlikely that I will visit this hotel again.

  We went on a business trip to Taldykurgan several times. We always stop here. We are satisfied. For rest after a working day - the very thing. The breakfast is hearty. Courteous staff. Everything is clean and tidy.

  The room is clean, all the equipment works. The laundry smells fresh. There is air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, kettle. The staff is polite, friendly

  Acceptable, but there are enough shortcomings. The doors creak, somewhere there are no handles on the windows, they are broken. Obviously, the pandemic knocked down. But we wanted to watch football and tennis on TV - all the channels are there. In principle, neat
