  Service fails. I spent three hours in the queue and after 5:00 pm they didn’t accept people, even though the bank was open and 18:00. Only crides are giving us to ordinary people who have even asked for work from their jobs and didn’t even listen ... Well, we all just wanted to open an account for benefits, so they held us for one person for so long 2 managers kept 40 minutes for each ... Yes we do not need your social assistance shouting people who did not wait for their turn. Also, managers are snapping, well, they are probably supposed to be state employees.
