  The post office works disgustingly. Already several times I wrote to the administration, they call, they are interested in what I am not happy with, and that's all .... nothing changes. Not enough for me with just one thing - put more people to work! This poor boy, the only one, is not able to provide the work of the entire department. He works well, but he is alone ... and he searches for packages, and sends everything else. Hence the kilometer-long queues. In August 2021, a second boy appeared on Zhabayev, immediately the work went faster, but this did not last long. Now they moved back to Mukanov and there were like two workers, but more pensions and others were added. And again, kilometers of queue. I am already silent about the observance of sanitary standards (distance of 1.5 meters between visitors). When will you clean up the mess? The branch is in demand among the population, more and more people are making purchases via the Internet! Ensure the quality work of the 7th department!

  In the first, they moved to Zhabayev 142. Second, there is a parcel supermarket there only by name. Clients are not allowed to search for parcels. One girl is sitting and her mother is looking for a package. She does everything else. Accepts parcels, payments and TP. From here there are always long queues. Disgusting
