  There hasn't been hot water for 3 days. Nobody speaks Kazakh or English.

  Good price, good location (maybe a bit far from the city center, but right on the beach), clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Good hotel!

  hotel is comfortable and clean. staff are friendly. breakfast is nothing. hotel view is not good. worth if you can not find any better hotel.
