My personal conclusion: given the number of catering establishments in the city, for a given amount you can visit establishments with a kitchen tastier and better service. As an example, I can put "Tomato" on Dzhandosova. It is located not far from "Po pravde", the average check is about the same, but there will be much more positive impressions.
