  The staff is friendly and courteous. Location is nice. But I was not able to use the facilities because of restriction imposed by local authorities of Atyrau.

  This hotel would struggle to get anything beyond 3 stars elsewhere. Food average. Rooms, especially suits are not bad, spacious, good appliances etc, but staff is inexperienced and the worst of all, the beds and bedsheets are the cheapest you can find. Bathrooms are of 2 star hotels. In huge suits, showers are tiny. Common areas, 2 stars.

  Warm welcome and excellent service. Very clean with very spacious rooms and close to all amenities. Definitely can't wait to return!
