  Run away! After staying there for several weeks I can tell you a lot about this hotel. Besides the bad faith of the staff who do not speak a word of English, their negligence and the total lack of service, I can only recommend that you choose another establishment in Nur-Sultan. The quality / price / service ratio is extremely bad, and everything is good to steal your money, no more and no less, from the linen to the access to the wellness area (offered 15,000 KZT / hour, i.e. the price of half a day in a 5 stars). The rooms have nothing special, with a vague decoration in bad taste, with ornaments in gold plastics, the bathrooms uninspiring, cold and not very functional, when there are no plumbing problems. My room was not available at first, so I was parked in a room with no heat and no window, where it took a bitter fight to get a towel and a roll of toilet paper, which I had to pay for .

  3 start hotel! + Clean, elevator, simple free breakfast, 20 minutes to bayterek by walk - Enterance is hard to find, no soundproof, SPA is not include into price

  Not easy to find it due to having all different entities in the same building. Was surprised by high quality of food in the cafe inside the hotel.

  Good hotel, not bad location. Very nice spa were you will not meet a lot of people. I was mostly alone there in the spa. Restaurants close by, just make sure to ask for a heater if you will be staying on upper floors.
