Called again the same situation, not solid somehow it turns out, maybe 1% percent like in advertising promised will increase to 30% after the signing of the loan agreement ???? I request the leadership of the Sberbank of Kazakhstan Bank, to resolve my complaint and improve the service on a short number, if this is not in force, then close this function so as not to take our time.
