The employee sent us to the registry office several times, there we were sent back to Tson and we played this ping pong until the time when the registry office called the CSC ... The registry office told us to go back to Tson so that we We fully consulted on the documents, etc. ... We returned to Tson again and the girl hid, did not want to go out, but we forced a colleague to call her ... After that, she yelled at us in a rude tone that they had already explained everything to us, allegedly in the registry office. We asked to sign us up the next day, asked what package of documents should be and if my mother needed (she didn’t know about my mother’s presence either and somehow avoided answering). The next day, when filling out the documents, the employee constantly asked colleagues what and how to fill out, so everything was slow (she doesn't know anything, and we don't understand what she wants from us at all). After 20-25 minutes, she began to tell us in an imperative rude tone: "You only have half an hour, faster," and so on and so on, when we approached her colleague to hand over the documents, she began to pester my mother, they say my mother communicates with her like * she is something to us I did something bad * ... Shock, my mother did not raise her voice to her and did not say anything to her ... Although we paid for a taxi 4-5 times and went here and there .. No one will return the money for this !!! And the face was dissatisfied, well, excuse me, who likes it when they do this to them? Why keep such employees? And where can you leave a complaint?
