Why offer the service of recording via whatsapp, when it is almost impossible to make an appointment in this way. The doctor offered his USB stick, but I don't need someone else's thing, which I then need to return, wasting time on it. 3. They gave me the number of the surgeon, I turned to him, he promised to call back in the evening on February 18 and clarify my next steps - I needed an operation. It is now March 4th. Silence. I just wasted my time. And it would be fine time, but I have pains, I endured and hoped for the decency of the doctor. 4. The feeling that the nurses are forced to be polite from under the rod, that it is extremely difficult for them to do this, everything happens in an unpleasant atmosphere "how we are tired of you here already." For the increased cost of services (as it turned out, unjustified by anything), I clearly did not expect what I received. The overall impression is indifference, ill will and wasted time.
