And having signed up at a convenient time for me, I came to the bank. I came 20 minutes earlier and told the girl to the operator at the terminal my order number and received a ticket with the number. I didn't have to wait long, about 3 minutes at most. A polite and competent employee received me after listening and solving my problem. For which I give a good grade. Everything in the bank is clean and tidy.

    Horror .... Just silent horror I arrived from Aksai. At 11 I took a number. Now the time is 13:20 before my turn there are 15 more people. The hall is full of people. For that the managers leave for lunch. One window works. I understand everything, lunch and all that, but you can leave one by one. and manage to serve "my own" without queuing. I regretted that I contacted this bank. I have to withdraw money. I have to come and write this fucking statement after sitting in line all day. By the way, we have not accumulated an apartment. Every time conditions change.
