  We rested in the summer of 2021 in July. The territory, the beach is kept clean. There is table tennis and football. In the evenings, they turn on cartoons on the projector. Bathhouse 7000 hours, at least 2 hours. The room has a separate bathroom, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV. Everything is good, now about the bad. A big problem in terms of service personnel, they recruited schoolchildren / students for the summer, who do not really care about customers and the further final impression of the residents. In the dining room, the food is terrible, the dishes are often confused, although they are written down on a piece of paper. They do not consider surrender correctly, both in their own and in the wrong direction. It is almost impossible to get through to the administration, just look at the instagram page, everyone writes that it is impossible to get through. Breakfast is included, but porridge on the water, scrambled eggs and amlet are quite meager, that's all. Bun and curd as a gift. Parking on the territory is paid. You won't wait for cleaning on the second floor, you have to clean everything yourself and carry the dishes, because after paying by check, no one will help you. Ice cream on the beach from at least 600 tenge is the most expensive in Chubary. We had lunch and dinner in other areas, or bought pilaf from the Uzkeks, the food here is terrible, not that the children, even not whimsical adults, did not finish what was cooked here.

  We have been staying at the Blue Lagoon for the second year already. They book a room by phone on a prepaid basis, there have never been any problems with entry / exit. There is a paid parking lot for cars. Hot water in the room through titanium and only in the shower, only cold in the sink. Towels, shower gel, soap, shampoo, TV and refrigerator are in the room. Clean beach with fine sand, which is looked after daily, sun loungers. Is breakfast included. There is a cafe on site, we had lunch and dinner here, there was no need to worry about food, this is a plus. The menu is not big and I cannot say that it is very tasty, but you will not stay hungry. The white screen was stretched, they said that in the evenings they show cartoons through the projector, but they never showed us in front of us, apparently because there were few vacationers because of the cold weather. There is a sauna, but we did not visit. In general, not bad, but I think that the price tag does not match the service.

  We rested with a large company of 5 married couples. Upon arrival, everyone was settled in just half an hour. The staff is polite, ranging from the administrator to the guys in the parking lot. The rooms have everything you need (although a bit weird): refrigerator, mirror, wardrobe, shower, towels, hygiene products. There is a dryer, sofas and a table near each room. There are many good photo zones. Regarding the cuisine: the breakfast is quite simple, but hearty (buns and cottage cheese are remembered), from other dishes: dumplings, carp and lamb shashlik - very tasty. The waiters are fast, polite. The area is clean, the sand is sifted, there is a foot shower at the exit from the beach. At the beach bar, the guy makes delicious cocktails, BUT there is a note: sooooo slow! I liked everything so much. It's cozy in the evening, no one bothers anyone. Entertainment: beach volleyball, table tennis, table tennis, football, cartoons in the evenings. Recommend for family vacations and for companies of cheerful, but adequate people like us.
