  Excellent airline with very helpful and customer orientated helpline! Much more human than "flag carriers" like Lufthansa,Air France,BA or eastern "airlines" like S7 or UIA.Hub in Almaty surely needs much investment and reorganizing, but airline is 1A!

  مكتب جيد ومنظم ....خدمات جيدة ....لايوجد شبكات واي فاي فعالة ...اوقات الدوام مناسبة ....يحتاج موظفوه الى التمكن من اللغة الانكليزية... وليس الإلمام فيها فقط.. ..الموظفين لطيفين جدا.. وانيقين ..ويقدمون المساعدة المطلوبة .....وطائراته ممتازة ..وأسعاره مقبولة جدا ...ومتاحة للجميع ..ينصح به ...

  Great service, they speak English and even better time tickets than the ones I was looking for online in budget websites, got direct flights at the same price of the "cheap" many stops websites. Definitely recommend it!
