::Was on a business trip, stayed at this hotel for almost a week. The rooms are nice, cozy, the breakfasts are delicious. BUT the staff does not match the hotel. Politeness, concern, attention is zero. They just need to score numbers. They do not take into account who to settle where. My child and I were next to the room, populated by men who drank and ggaldela all night. Receptionists do not respond to comments, you cannot get them by phone at all, you have to go downstairs to say something. The breakfasts are monotonous. Those who stop by for a long time get bored with food. Diversify the menu in the restaurant. There is no decent cuisine near the hotel, you have to consider your menu. Asked to connect with the leadership turned out to be inexhaustible. I hope "Their Majesty" can here, having read the comments, will take into account and take into account. Change the reception staff and the reviews will be appropriate !!!
