  Заведение хорошое. Еда вкусная. И цены приемлимые. Но есть очень большой минус. Это игровые автоматы. Жалко смотреть на людей, которые одеты как попало, чуть ли ни как бомжы, стоят у входа ожидая очередь, свои очередные проигрыши. Аж желание проподает туда приходить.

  Location is good, service not bad, but the stairs and inside durty, on the feeding zone visible staff room which is sometimes opened

  If what you are interested in is food (not a special dining experience), this is a very good place. The food provided is the typical array of dishes that locals eat out (a mix of Central Asian and Russian), and is served cafeteria style. The prices are aimed at average citizens, and in exchange for low prices, you get little in the way of amenities.
