  Hotel location good, staff helpfully but no restaurant, which was very uncomfortable. But overall good

  Great hotel, great view but language problem only russian

  The price is to high for this hotel. The rooms are big but have very old furniture. The bed is uncomfortable and it smells of cigarettes in the room. I dont recomend a stay in this hotel. There are much better places in almaty for the same price.
